30 Minute Training Consultation: Consult with the coaches on training, racing, injury prevention or any running related topic. Sessions can either be by phone or FaceTime.
Personalized Training Plans: The coaches create a customized comprehensive training plan designed specifically for you. In an initial consultation the coaches will discuss your goals, previous training, injury history and time commitment. They will then develop your individual plan designed for you to achieve your full potential as a runner. Plans include weekly interaction with the coaches via email or text, flexibility and strength training programs, cross training and nutrition advice. One on One Coaching experience:The coaches meet with you for a private one on one session. Whether it's walking you through a strength and flexibility program or putting you through a private interval session you get the coaches undivided attention.
